Planning, Scheduling & Process Stabilization for Aerospace Manufacturers

When SyteLine APS and real-world operations aren't aligned, schedules lose credibility, planners work around the system, and leadership stops trusting the numbers.

We fix that.

Problems We Fix

APS Outputs Don’t Reflect Reality

Schedules look correct in the system but break down on the shop floor.

Planning Happens Outside the System

Planners override APS or maintain parallel spreadsheets to get work done.

Processes Exist on Paper Only

Documented workflows don’t match how work actually moves through the plant.

Schedules and Metrics Aren’t Trusted

Leadership questions dates, capacity assumptions, and reported performance.

If any of these are true, your SyteLine investment is not delivering what it should.

Solutions We Provide

  • A structured diagnostic that identifies where APS behavior, process execution, and reporting are out of alignment. Delivered as a written findings report with prioritized recommendations. This is where most engagements begin.

  • Hands-on stabilization work. We close the gap between what the system says and what operations actually do, working directly with your planning and operations teams.

  • Ongoing advisory support for manufacturers who want a consistent external resource as planning systems and processes continue to mature.

Engagements are delivered using the Aligned Planning & Execution Framework, which combines:

  • SIPOC-based process definition

  • Planning and scheduling behavior analysis

  • Reporting and metric validation

Who We Are

Aligned Systems Consulting is led by Christopher Tursi, a manufacturing engineer and ERP leader with more than 10 years of experience helping aerospace manufacturers implement, stabilize, and optimize Infor SyteLine.

Over the course of his career, Chris has led more than 10 SyteLine implementations across 15+ manufacturing sites, supporting over 1,000 users in aerospace and industrial manufacturing environments. He has worked directly with operations, supply chain, planning, engineering, quality, finance, and executive leadership teams to align business processes, planning systems, and operational objectives.

Unlike many ERP consultants, Chris began his career on the manufacturing floor as an aerospace manufacturing engineer before moving into ERP leadership roles. That combination of operational and systems experience provides a practical perspective on why planning and scheduling problems occur—and what it takes to make planning, execution, and reporting work together in practice.
